and Windows based software to prepare your appraisals. We obtain
information from the Southern Illinois Realtor's M.L.S., Egyptian
M.L.S. System, St. Clair, Madison, Jersey, Clinton County Assessor's
and many other market sources. Peterie Appraisal Company is also
a sponsor of the Appraisal Institute and the many offering's associated
with this appraisal organization.

Appraisal reporting turnaround times average one to three days.
In some counties, we charge an additional fee for mileage. Please
call if a special problem or request is needed.
