I have been a resident of Cahokia since 1959. I am the Director of Information Technology at TriPro Graphics & Packaging in Fenton Missouri. I have been in the Information Technology field since 1968. My wife Ruth Leach Phillips is employed by Meadowbrook Country Club in Chesterfield Missouri and operates Curley’s in Cahokia.

I and my wife graduated from Cahokia High School as did my two sons Patrick and Derek. Ruth’s daughters Nicole Leach and Cory Jones graduated from Cahokia High School and Fort Bowman Academy respectively. I belong to the local Knights of Columbus and American Legion organizations.

I have a strong background in Management, Accounting, Budgeting and Information Technology. I look forward to serving the people of Cahokia and along with Mayor Frank Bergman and the rest of the Village Board working to keep Cahokia a Village to be Proud of.
